We are Suzy and Neil and we live on board our 45’ sailboat Distant Drummer. Since we bought her in Thailand thirteen years ago we have sailed more than 30,000 ocean miles and visited some incredible places. Cruising the world on a sailboat is a fantastic way of life; living in harmony with nature and minimizing our carbon footprint.

We invite you to join us on board. Currently we’re in Central America exploring the Pearl Islands on Panama’s tropical Pacific coast. Let us take you on a tour of these beautiful remote islands and you can enjoy:

• anchoring in remote bays that can only be reached by boat
• snorkeling in warm clear water
• lazing on deck watching dolphins and whales
• kayaking, fishing, surfing, yoga, biking . . . . hanging out on an cruising sailboat

We are a private yacht not a tourist boat so you won’t be one of a crowd. We take a maximum of four guests for day sailing or two guests for an overnight trip – it really is your own personal adventure. Accommodation is provided in the forward cabin which is fitted with a king size bed and has an en suite bathroom.

Whether you are looking for peaceful getaway, a unique experience for a special event or just a fun time with your friends, we will customize a trip to suit your dreams. All our trips are fully catered and we can vary the menu for vegetarians, gluten-free or just to include your favourite food.
